Option 1 — Measure a Ring You Already Own
If you already have a ring that fits the finger you plan to wear your smart ring on, this is the easiest method.
- Place the ring on a flat surface.
- Measure straight across the inside of the ring at its widest point.
- Measure the inside diameter only, not the outside edges.
- Compare your measurement with the Inner Diameter column above.
Option 2 — Measure Your Finger
If you don't have a ring to measure:
- Wrap a thin strip of paper or non-stretch string around the base of the finger where you plan to wear the ring.
- Keep it comfortably snug — not too tight and not too loose.
- Mark the point where the paper or string overlaps.
- Lay it flat and measure the length in millimeters.
- Compare your measurement with the Approx. Circumference column above.
Fit Tips
- Your smart ring should feel snug but comfortable.
- It should stay securely in place without rotating freely around your finger.
- The ring should slide over your knuckle with slight resistance.
- Always measure the exact finger where you plan to wear your smart ring.
- Finger size can change throughout the day, so measure when your hands are at a normal temperature.
- Avoid measuring immediately after exercise, when your hands are very cold, or when your fingers are swollen.
- For more accurate sizing, measure your finger more than once.
